3. Aggregated Data and Market Intelligence

As described in Section 7 of our Terms of Service, Yoke derives anonymized, de-identified, and statistically aggregated information from Runs conducted on the Platform tier. This Aggregated Data cannot identify any individual user, document, transaction, or counterparty.

Key protections:

  • Aggregated Data is derived only from Platform tier ($79/mo) Runs. Free Trial and Pro tier Runs do not contribute unless the user affirmatively opts in.
  • All identifying information — user identity, fund names, sponsor names, counterparty names, specific transaction amounts tied to identifiable parties — is stripped before aggregation.
  • No Aggregated Data metric is published from fewer than five (5) distinct, unrelated transactions.
  • Platform tier users may opt out by emailing support@yoke.llc. Opt-out takes effect within 30 days. Data aggregated prior to opt-out is irreversibly anonymized and cannot be retroactively removed.
  • Yoke may use Aggregated Data to publish Market Intelligence Products, including benchmark reports, trend analyses, and market term indices.

4. Confidentiality of User Content

We recognize that User Content frequently contains confidential, privileged, or commercially sensitive information. We maintain the following safeguards:

  • No human review. User Content is processed programmatically through AI model APIs. Yoke personnel do not access or review User Content except as necessary for requested technical support, as required by law, or to investigate Terms of Service violations.
  • Encryption. User Content is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
  • Access controls. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need.
  • Retention limits. Run inputs and outputs are retained for service delivery (including run history) and are deleted within 90 days of account termination. Users may request earlier deletion at any time.
  • No advertising use. User Content is never used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than operating the Service and generating Aggregated Data as described in Section 3.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 AI Model Providers. User Content is transmitted to third-party AI model providers (currently Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) via their APIs solely to process Runs. We use enterprise-tier API access with each provider under agreements that prohibit the use of inputs and outputs for model training. Each provider processes data under its own enterprise data processing terms.

5.2 Payment Processor.Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs its handling of your payment data.

5.3 Hosting and Infrastructure. The Service is hosted on Vercel (frontend), Railway (backend), and Supabase (authentication and database). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

5.4 Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Yoke, our users, or the public.

5.5 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.6 With Your Consent. We may share information with your explicit consent for purposes not described in this Policy.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
